Media overly keeps apearing

Every time I restar my PC the media overlay keeps apearing when using media keys. I go to settings, and check that that feature is disabled. I need to enabled it, and then disable it again to get the media overlay disappear.

But when I restar my PC the media overlay appear again, despite its disabled in the settings
