Missing Playlists and starred songs

Hi I am in need of some help. I tried loggin in with my facebook account today (as usual) but for some reason all of my playlists and starred songs have all gone missing. Even people i follow and my followers were all gone. Its like my accounts just got resetted. 

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Make sure you're logging in with the right details, it's very easy to have facebook (email) and a spotify (username) details!

If it persists, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.
If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
