Most local files disappeared from iOS mobile

Most of the songs I had saved from my local files disappeared from the mobile app a couple days ago. I tried creating a new playlist and dragging the songs on there, but none of the songs that disappeared show up on the iPhone app. I’m really confused. Tried reinstalling Spotify, new playlists, logging out, but nothing has helped.

We'd recommend running a clean reinstall of both your apps. This is different from a normal reinstallation, as it involves the deletion of all app data. Check out this guide for the device specific steps.

After that we suggest you change the directory in which your songs are located on your PC. After that delete the playlist with local files. Create a new one and upload them. Make sure both your PC and phone have the app open and are connected to the same network. If that doesn't do the trick, try creating a mobile hotspot using you phone and connect both devices to that. Sometimes network restrictions cause sync issues with local files.
