Most of my albums missing

My Question or Issue

I had a couple thousand albums from my local files (possibly brought in when I migrated from Groove) and a few dozen I've added in Spotify.

Now the only albums in my list as the ones I added from Spotify and then a bunch of "recommended" albums based on "song I like" which is basically a handful of the albums that were there previously. 

This seems like it was a deliberate change on Spotify's part like the fact they don't show all my artists anymore, instead I would have to go through and add hundreds of artists by hand apparently. 

Even if I wanted to go through and re-add all my albums it won't let me because it says my collection is too big, even though I only see a 50 albums in my collection right now.

Any ideas?
