Music not playing and not starting

Hey, guys, I can´t play any music if I start a song the progress bar isn't moving and isn't even showing the name or cover pic. whe I try to turn up the volume in the mixer I cant see Spotify and when I like, want to see a playlist (like any new playlist or mix from Spotify) It says there are 0 songs in the playlist. I recently joined a premium family and only have the problem on my laptop. but the problem also occurred before I joined the family

Could you first try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? If this doesn't work, we can try a few other things.
