Music not showing up after multiple clean installs

I only have like 1.2K songs saved, and on the webapp it shows every single one of them, however when I attempt to run my desktop app it only shows my local files, no matter how many times i've clean installed. Is there a cache I need to delete or smthn? Screenshot shows both the webapp with my music and the desktop app without.

At this point I might just cancel my spotify premium bc I literally got it for the desktop app. Fix ur stuff spotify

I do suggest checking out this article on what you can try to get this fixed.

If that didn't work, do you have any antivirus/antimalware/adblocker installed?

Also, have you ever used an app called Ezblocker?
