My Question or Issue

 

Using the Webplayer my music stops after 10 seconds. I can start a new song, but that stops too.

When I change the device from webplayer to mobile-phone or Sonos (even in the middle of the song) everything works fine.

I already tried different internet connections.

I'm sorry to hear that.

I still think it has something to do with your internet connection. Did you try a different internet browser?

You also could try to install the spotify app for windows and ios.

Spotify Web Player is currently broken it seems. Many people report this problem. Yet to hear from Spotify though.

Remember next time to put it into Other category, as it has to do with the Web Player and not the Spotify Desktop Client.

I am having a similar issue. I connect to Sonos through the Spotify app on my iPhone, and after a short amount of time it will either stop playing or skip to the next song. It rarely gets through an entire song when I connect to Sonos through the Spotify app. I do not have this issue when connecting to Spotify through the Sonos app.

same here...seems to be an issue with Sonos
