Music stops playing after putting aux in

So after 1 hour not hearing music on spotify i put in the aux cable into my pc and everytime i did this, a popup came up which said that the title cannot be played you have to import it, but it is importet. 

The Support unfortunetely needs hours to write back abd every solution of them didnt work. 

Things done until now: 

reinstallation, offline devices deleted, test account, notepad drivers nothing worked. More and more disapointed about spotify:(
