My Spotify won't "Work"

I am right now, on free but I was thinking about switching to Premium.

My Question or Issue

My playlist seems to be "unavailable" or "deleted" but I haven't done anything, and it's only on my desktop I have this issue, on other devices (My phone, iPad etc.) there is no problem at all, and my playlists are completely intact.
On my desktop, I am not able to play music either, so the whole motive with "Spotify" has basically been removed, and I've tried re-installing, and rebooting.
