My bluetooth headphones keep pausing spotify

If I go on a discord call while listening to spotify, it will mute spotify. Even if I hit play on the music there is no music. I can see the music is still playing, I just can't hear it. If I exit a discord call, the music will resume.

This sounds like it has something to do with your Windows Communications settings. Can you try the following:

1. Right-click the sound icon in the taskbar and select Sounds.
2. Go to the Communications tab.
3. Select Do nothing.
4. Click Apply and OK.

If that doesn't help, let us know the model of your headphones and try changing the input device in Discord (User Settings - Voice & Video) to your laptop/PC's internal mic (if available). Your headphones might be switching to a lower quality listening profile while in calls which could potentially cause Spotify to stop playing.
