So, to start off, I use spotify for free. My computer runs on Windows 7.
Now, to the issue. Well, it's actually two issues. The first issue is that music won't play. Only the music from my playlists plays, but nothing else. So, I look online for answers and somewhere I see to uninstall and reinstall. So, the scecond issue, I did it and all my music is gone. I had done an uninstall/reinstall before looking for answers and my music was fine. I didn't do anything different to my computer or account. I don't know why my music dissapeared. Can I get it back? It's all still on the web player, but absolutely nothing plays on that.
