Oh that's strange. Looks like corrupt audio.

I suggest trying out a clean reinstall first. Maybe it's caused by some error in Spotify's files.
Try this:

1. Close Spotify and uninstall it.
2. Go to %AppData% in Windows Explorer, and delete any Spotify folders you find in Local and Roaming folders.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Install Spotify.

If that doesn't solve this: Is this issue present when using other headphones/speakers?
Hint: for testing purposes, last time I had ads around, I was able to add them to queue for playback, so I didn't have to wait for it to play again after songs. You can try this too to see if this sounds the same when using other audio devices.
