My songs library doesn't show all of my saved songs

After the last update I noticed a ton of songs went missing in my library even though I didn't unsave them. This really sucks because I like to shuffle my library which usually has 5000+ songs in it, but after adding them all to a playlist it only shows me having less than 3000. 

Even if I try to save the album again, it'll still show that I already have it saved from before. It just won't show up in my library. It doesn't seem to be doing this when I search my library on my phone, just on the desktop windows app. I attached some screenshot examples of what it's doing below.
