My spotify won't play in offline mode PC

I Have an HP Spectre laptop with spotify installed. I can download songs fine and play them when im online but I have a premium account and whenever I go onto "offline mode" all my songs show as unavailable. Like theyre faded out and i can't play them. How can i fix this issue? My computer still has 40 or so Gb of storage left on It so I don't think it is a storage space issue, Any help would be much appreciated

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
