My spotify won't play songs

It was working before & now after it reinstalled itself again(does this alot) it's not playing songs. I use Windows 7 & the desktop program. I signin using Facebook info. I have tried the clearing the storage -still not working. I signed out of spotify & signed back in  typing in my Facebook signin info-no luck. Sometimes it says there's an internet issue but not usually. What should I do to fix this? Does this with every artist I try.

At the moment it decided to start working. I never did find out what was wrong.
