My username is a bunch of random numbers

My Question or Issue

My username just changed from my name to a bunch of random numbers and my profile photo disappeared. I've tried to connect it with Facebook again, I did it but it says "sorry, we couldnt load friends to follow".

How do I fix this?

Hi @cheyvan, thanks for writing!

Please try following the steps bellow and let me know if it helps:

1. Log out of the Spotify app on your laptop
2. Clear your web browser's cache
3. Log In to your Facebook account on the Facebook website
4. Open the Spotify app on your laptop
5. Click on the blue "Log In with Facebook" button
