My Question or Issue

@Bittencourt, tudo ótimo!

Realizei o procedimento e não funcionou.

Qual o formato desse arquivo, @mesquitawrm?

In my case this resolved the issue (close Spotify before doing this on all devices)

1. Browse to the following location on your computer:C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc

2. Copy "hosts" to your desktop to make a backup to work with.

3. Right click on the "hosts" file on your desktop and select "open with"

4. Select "notepad"

5. Your computers hosts file will now open.

6. scroll down to the bottom and delete anything related to spotify.

7. Copy this file from your desktop back to your C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc folder and replace the file located there.

8. Open Spotify and your songs will now play for longer than 6 seconds.

? O que eu faço?

Hey there @vitoriamioranza,

Thanks for reaching out! Hope you don't mind me replying in English.

Let's try these steps out:

  1. A clean reinstall
  2. Restarting the device.
  3. Logging out and back in again to shake things up.

If this doesn't help, can you tell us:

  1. Does it happen when you listen online or offline, or in both cases?
  2. Is it the same when you're using a different connection?
  3. Does it happen on other devices as well?
  4. Your device, OS and Spotify version.

Keep us posted!

Oi @dioneyvitor, tudo bom?

  1. Click Spotify in the menu bar then Quit Spotify.
  2. Open Finder then click Go > Library in the menu bar. (You may need to hold the Alt key if Library isn’t visible).
  3. Open Caches and delete the com.spotify.Client folder.
  4. Click the back arrow.
  5. Open Application Support and delete the Spotify folder.
  6. Download and install Spotify.

Qualquer outra dúvida me fala!
