New PC version - Copy and Paste into Playlist at selected position

My Question or Issue

A few months ago my PC version of Spotify App was very kindly updated to the new shiny version.

In the old version I could copy a track and paste it into any position in a playlist. In the new version any track is just added to the end of the playlist. Is there a way to resolve this?

The second issue is the drag track option only allows you to drag as far as the tracks listed on screen so you have to drop the track, scroll, drag track, repeat.
