New Playlist does not have all selected songs

My Question or Issue

I do the following:

- Select "Liked Songs" from Library

- Ctrl-A to select all songs  (Approximately 3200 songs selected)

- Right Click -> Add To Playlist -> New Playlist

Expect to have new playlist with all 3200+ songs, but new playlist has only 100 songs.  

What needs to be done to select the desired (and correct up until yesterday) behavior?
