New Releases Tab Only Shows Releases in the Past Month

I've noticed that the New Releases tab no longer allows 'continuous scrolling'. I used to be able to see music from a few months back and was able to catch up in artists I liked or discover new music.

Now it only shows me three weeks worth of new releases. The release radar feature is not developed well and this was my tool to discover new music. Is this a new update/ how can I change it? I simply cannot keep up if only 3 weeks worth is shown and then they disappear.
