New iTunes playlists not displaying in Spotify?

New iTunes playlists not displaying in Spotify?

Hi there,

I recently upgraded to Spotify Premium and intend to start using it as my primary source for music.

Unfortunately, Spotify doesn't seem to see all the playlists I've created in iTunes since last spring, when I first tried Spotify.

Does Spotify not automatically pick up on new playlists from iTunes? If not, what can I do to fix this?

In iTunes:

In Spotify:

Thanks!

Bumping this to the top and asking for help please! Thanks.

Hi bsniz. Spotify doesn't keep track of newly added playlists in iTunes. If you repeat the import process it should update though.

Thank you!

It's disappointing for me to hear that Spotify doesn't sync my playlists from iTunes continuously. I'm switching from Google Music to Spotify, and one of the things I liked about Google Music was that it stayed current with my iTunes playlists.

What's the import process? How do I repeat it?

Thanks again!

Thanks, Peter! I'll give it a shot.

The desktop app no longer has an option to select import from the file menu. Any suggestions?
