My Question or Issue

 

I have two premium accounts. One is fully functional. The other looks different and watered down. It has about half the features and options.

 

Three Spotify reps have told me I'm on a new "test" version of Spotify and can't switch back to the old one. Even though the new version has half the features, somehow I'm still expected to pay full price.

 

I can't do basic things like 1. edit the playlist description, 2. change playlist image, 3. change profile picture, 4. about 10 other things.

 

How long am I going to have this awful broken "test" version?

I recommend you check out this Live Idea.

It suggests a potential switch option allowing users to choose how the desktop app will look.

 

Make sure to add your +VOTE when visiting the Live Idea page in order to help promoting it - the higher the number of votes an idea gets, the more likely it is for the idea to be implemented. 

 

Another suggestion is to subscribe to the idea as well in order to get any update on changes made.
