New songs on a playlist don't show up on the "Shuffle" queue

I put this under the PC Client related stuff because it doesn't appear to be an issue on my Android cellphone. I added about 60 songs to a playlist and when I shuffle play the playlist on the computer those songs are never played. That's pretty annoying, honestly, how can I fix it?

Just to confirm, do you have the playlist in a specific order when you shuffle it?

Let's try logging out and back in to see if it helps. If it still behaves the same, try reinstalling Spotify following these steps.

I reinstalled Spotify, it wouldn't work otherwise. Now the problem appeared once again as I updated my playlist. This looks like a frequent issue... I don't feel like reinstalling spotify every single day...
