New songs/podcasts will not load

 My Question or Issue

 New songs/podcasts will not load on my desktop app at work. For example, at my home, my release radar updated on Friday to add new songs and new podcasts have been appearing as they come out. When I am at work the desktop app will not load new songs/podcasts. This has not always been the issue and has only started in the last 2 or 3 weeks. I am connected to the internet via a wired connection. I have tried shutting the app down and restarting. I have also shut the computer down and restarted.
