Nissan ad pops up but does not play, unable to resume listening to music.

My Question or Issue

Every time the Nissan ad tries to play it freezes and then I can't resume listening to music. I can restart the app and get it to play one or two songs before the same ad comes up and does the same thing. Restarting the PC has not worked either.

Just to confirm, is this only happening with that specific ad or with all of them?

Also, we'd like to know if this occurs across devices or only on your PC. 

Lastly, we'd like to know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update.
