Hey @JustResurrected

I'd suggest checking out your hosts file as this could be causing this problem. 🙂

Read this article on how to!

Let me know how it goes!

Hello

I've checked my host file but there are no spotify entries 😞

@JustResurrected

What does it say when you try going to Daily Mixes on the desktop client?

That's a bit of a simple suggestion, but make sure you're logged in the same account on mobile and desktop. You can also try checking the web player through an incognito mode.

How old is your Spotify account? 🙂

Let me know how you get on!

I recently upgraded to Premium and all of my Daily Mixes are gone.

I have checked on both my iPhone as well as the web player and they simply don't exist anymore.

I've tried to logout and back in but still no go.

Do you have the experimental tab checked under settings?

I haven't changed any settings from when they were there before. Only upgraded to Premium. I can't find any experimental tab in the settings, what's it under?

Hey @hendrikwpape

The Experimental Features is a test not visible to all. I for example don't have it either, so don't worry about that. 🙂

Make sure you're logged in to the right account. Spotify receipt shows your username, make sure you're logged in with that one.

I also suggest reading this article for more information on how to find accounts.

Do you see Premium features such as downloading playlists and enabling high quality streaming? If not, you might be logged in to a Free account, not one with Premium.
Is everything else (your playlists and saved songs) looking right to you?

Let me know 🙂

Yes I’m in the right account. Everything else looks ok. Playlists are all
as they should be. Only daily mixes aren’t there. I did see the
experimental option last night using the desktop application on my home PC.

@hendrikwpape

Please try the following:

go to the Offline Devices section of your Spotify account right here and remove all offline devices.

Does that change anything for you?

Note: you'll have to redownload your offline playlists on these devices.

Did that and it made no difference. Still only showing one daily mix.

Hey @hendrikwpape.

Thanks for confirming that for us, and apologies for the late reply!

If you're still experiencing this issue, could you send us a screenshot of the Daily Mix and how it appears on both the desktop app and the web player?

Once we have that, we'll be able to look into this further.

Thanks! We'll be looking out for your reply.

I'm up to two Daily Mixes now :-), they aren't changing Daily but I'd call that progress lol. Will keep an eye on it but I think the issue is resolved now.

Hey @hendrikwpape.

Glad to hear it!

Keep us posted and let us know if there's anything else.

Take care 🙂
