My Question or Issue

First time launch desktop Spotify app got an issue where no songs on the list wherever I click (playlist, songs, albums, etc.) and can't play song. Then I tried to close, it took 3 minutes to actually stop. The second launch, it works fine. It has happened for the last 3 months, and it happened every time. I think it would be better if I can just immediately start to listen to any song at the first time launch without need to re-launch the app. Thank you.

Hey @yodist,

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

It'd be great for you to try with a clean reinstall and start with a brand-new (as well as the most up-to-date) version of the Spotify app to see if what you reported gets fixed.

Take a look at this Spotify answer to find out how this procedure works for your Windows 10.

Hope you'll find this info useful. Let us know if we can help any further!
