No more shuffle play

My Question or Issue

So I've been using spotify for some time now, and I've never really had issues with it, until now.

For some reason, the big green shuffle play button is just play now. Never automatically on shuffle anymore.  If I already was on shuffle then it keeps going, but there's no big shuffle play button anymore. Double clicking the playlist also doesn't shuffle it anymore.

I have done a clean install after deleting everything and it hasn't changed anything.

My phone still has it, but neither my laptop nor pc do.

Was this removed for some reason or can I turn it back on somewhere or something?

on the bottom of the page where the music is playing you can see a shuffle icon.

Welcome to the Community!

Once you start playing a song from a playlist/album in the Now playing view you should see the Shuffle icon on the left side of the Play button.

Upload some screenshot on how things look on your end if you can't see this on Desktop.
