My Question or Issue

I have this issue that my spotify on my pc will not detect any music at all. I have reinstalled and uninstalled numerous times but my 500 liked songs do not show up on desktop version for whatever reason. My playlists are also there but are also 100% empty.Screenshot_9.png

Can you please check if the same thing happends across all the devices you're using ?

Thanks for posting about this and welcome to the Community!

 

If this is happening only on your desktop device, we'd recommend making sure checking your hosts file. You can find how to do that in this Spotify Answer

 

If that doesn't do the trick, it would be a good idea performing a clean reinstallation of the app following the steps here.

 

However, if you're seeing the same message when you access your account from a different device, we'd recommend taking a look at this support site article instead.
