No option to import local files in desktop app.

I can't any option in the settings to import local files. I have a very weird version of Spotify... Help me please. Screenshots attached.

Not being able to see the local files setting on the desktop app could mean your account is undergoing a test of app improvements and new features. In other words, the feature could be missing only temporarily before being launched to users in its updated version.
