No playing any song

My Question or Issue

Sometimes I use my laptop with a Traktor Kontrol S2 as a external sound card to play thing through the speakers and all works perfectly except Spotify App. It seems that when I start Spotify before I switch on the S2 the audio works only in 1 speaker (1 of 2) but if I have the S2 switched on and then I open Spotify when I press play it starts to skip song by song so quickly playing no sound for a while until it stops and a message appears. Imposible to play the song selected.

How can I fix it? The S2 only works weardly with Spotify.

I just made a clean reinstall from a non file o folder of Spotify in my pc.

Spotify Hardware Acceleration is activated.

I have the exactly same problem. Tried installing and reinstalling the app a number of times, still doesn't work.

If I play music from the web version of Spotify, then it works.

Can we get a fix / recommendation on this?

I also have the same problem...

With one sound device it never plays any song. If I switch to another sound device and then back, it plays without issues.
