No privileges for idea submission on free account

Is it so that there are no privileges for idea submission on free account.

Thanks for posting about this here!

Just to confirm, could you let us know the link you're trying to access when this happens? 

Keep in mind that you should be able to post a new idea even if your Spotify account is on free.

We'd also recommend that you're following the steps in this Spotify Answer to submit a new idea. You can also try again from an incognito or private window in your browser.

If you're still having troubles after that, it'd be helpful if you could share a screenshot of what you see - just make sure that there's no sensitive/private info displayed.
