No puedo escuchar en alta calidad.

Hola a todos, mi caso es el siguiente, tengo cuenta premium, tengo acceso a toda las caracteristicas de usuario premium, pero no puedo oir en alta calidad, aqui algunos pantallazos.

The screenshots you sent us show that you can in fact select high quality streaming. Is the issue that, once selected, you cannot hear a difference in the quality?

Sorry we didn't quite get what you meant there. The setting is on, but you can't hear any difference in the quality?

We suggest that you reinstall the app, and make sure you're not on Offline mode when choosing the settings.
