No puedo ver "Mis Canciones".

My Question or Issue

Buenas a todos. Tengo un problema hace dias solo en la App de la PC. Soy User Premium y no puedo ver ni reproducir mi playlist "Mis Canciones" teniendo casi 4500 músicas guardadas. Ya cansa la pésima atención de spotify últimamente.

También me pasa lo mismo desde el celular, en la sección de "Tus Me Gusta" de la aplicación del celular no me aparece nada. Me sale un mensaje que dice "Aquí aparecerán las canciones que indicaste que te gustan" y no aparece nada. Soy Premium y desde que me cambié hace 1 semana tengo este problema, lo he vuelto a instalar en el cel y sigo teniendo el problema.

Your Liked songs playlist not loading indicates that some of the apps files might have gotten damaged and are causing this behavior. Such issues are usually resolved by performing a clean reinstall using these steps. They are very thorough and make sure that no leftover files remain.

If that doesn't fix things, could you let us know if the issue comes up when using another device or our web player? It would also help us out a lot if you could share the make, model, OS and Spotify versions of the devices you're experiencing this on.
