No se puede reproducir la canción actual / Can not play the current song

My Question or Issue

Cada vez que quiero reproducir una canción me sale "no se puede reproducir la canción actual", ya deshabilite la aceleración de hardware y reinstale Spotify pero nada me ayudo.  

When I want to play a song, this message appears "Can not play the current song", I already disabled the hardware acceleration, I reinstalled spotify and nothing helped me.
