My Question or Issue

Since last week when Spotify updated, I can't use my desktop app. It looks like it's playing the music, but there's no sound. It is NOT a computer sound issue, and I just un- and re-installed the app. I don't use my laptop for other devices generally, and my account works just fine on web, phone, etc. HELP!

Could you please try and follow the steps provided here in order to perform a clean reinstall of the app ?

This type of installation is a bit different than the usual one.

Problem solved after days of DM'ing with @SpotifyCares on Twitter. The app was muted in Windows. Didn't even know you could do that so no idea how it happened.
