No sound with Jabra Link 360

My Question or Issue

I use Jabra wireless headset with Jabra Link USB. I hear audio from internet, iTunes, phone calls, etc. Not Spotify. Do I have a setting issue?

Same problem exactly with Jabra 370 and Evolve 75

Same problem with the Jabra Link 370. On the computer music plays for half a second and then stops. From my iPhone, it quits as soon as it starts.
