Noise crackling and popping

Hello,

I've had this issue for a few weeks now where everything I play from Spotify crackles and pops. However when I play from YouTube, I have no issues.

I have premium, if that's to any help.

I've cleared cache - didn't work.
Tried uninstalling - didn't work.
Tried changing my speaker's format to 44100 Hz - didn't work.

I don't know what else to try?

I have this problem as well. Hope for a fix, otherwise cancellation.
