Not all .mp3 files showing up in "Local Files"

My Question or Issue
I'm trying to add one folder to my local files in Spotify, it contains 58 songs total, but when I check the Local Files in Spotify, some songs are missing (only 35 of them show up). I do not understand what's going on, because I'm sure those songs used to show up at some point.
They are all MP3 files. I thought it could be the use of special characters, but songs with special characters are showing up with no problem. I really have no idea why Spotify decided to ignore some of these songs, and I've been scouting the support forum for a way to solve it, but no methods worked. I deleted .index files, I removed the local files from showing up, deleted the .bnk file, still the problem persists.
