Nothing happens when I click "Reset Password"

My Question or Issue

After someone else logged into my account, I logged out of all devices. I'm trying to log back in, but nothing happens when I click the "Reset Password" button.

If you see suspicious activity on your account, make sure to follow all the steps provided in this support article. 

Take a look at this article as well on how to protect your Spotify account. 

You can reset your password here. Make sure to enter your username, or the email address that you used to register and click the green SEND button. You will get an email with a link to reset your password. 

If you can't open the link from the email, you can copy it and open in an incognito/private window.
