My Question or Issue

Today my virus scanner found two files that were unable to be scanned because they are password protected.  One file was located in my Local folder in AppData.  The full address is:

C:\Users\Daniel\AppData\Local\Packages\SpotifyAB.SpotifyMusic_zpdnekdrzrea0\LocalCache\Spotify\Data\0f

And the file name is:

0f53639b035a1d62efca769d6b6019b620bed8f5.file

The file says it was created in May 2019.  This file has not been in any of my scan logs until today, and only because it is password protected.

The other file, just FYI, was located at:

C:\Users\Daniel\AppData\Local\Comms\Unistore\data\7\e\10000004000000073701.dat

Is this a file Spotify uses, or is this something I need to treat maliciously?
