Offline access withdrawn

I dont understand why, my subscription is fine.

Even my phone is fine, however I lost all my playlist here but not on my phone.

 

Any possible solution?

Try and resync any playlists set to offline, just turn them back to online again for a short time and let them sync and then take them offline when the sync is done. Please note any content that has been withdrawn from the spotify service since the last sync will also reflect on any playlists you have music on when everything updates. You are allowed to have music offline for 30 days.
