My Question or Issue

If i try to play a song its not working at all.

If I try play songs from a play list its jumping through all songs without playing a single one.

I reinstalled the full pc with deleting everything on the pc and its not solving the problem.

I followed already the troubleshooting they have here for Asus Xonar:

https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/Desktop-Playback-issues-on-devices-with-Xonar-sound-...

I have the same blue indication as here:

https://community.spotify.com/t5/Desktop-Windows/Spotify-funktioniert-auf-meinem-W-10-PC-nicht-mehr/...

Dont know what I should do.

Hey there @Burton1224,

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're happy to help.

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

It can also be good to try with another internet connection.

Also - can you log in with another account on the device - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persists?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply 🙂

Cheers!

Hi there @Burton1224,

Thanks for the info.

Can you try logging in with a different account? You can ask a friend to log in with theirs or create a new one with another email address. This will help us determine if the issue is account related.

If your app behaves the same way even with another account, try running it in Compatibility mode with Windows 8/7.

Let us know how it goes.
