One Album Plays at 1/2 Speed.

My Question or Issue

 One entire album in my playlist seems to play at 1/2 speed on windows. Other albums by this artist play fine. I have not noticed this behaviour on Android or though Amazon Echo. Other Albums play ok. 

If I play the song on Android, then immediatley play it on Windows, it plays ok.
