Only a couple local songs greyed out "This song is not available."

I have these song files on my PC (the same one I'm trying to play them on). They play just fine on every other media player, they are in the same folder as all of my other local files (which play just fine), but only these two specific songs do not play at all. Whenever I try to play them I get the message "This song is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it".

I have already tried reinstalling Spotify, and it did not work.

What should I do?

Anything to do with the format they use? Spotify can't take OGG or FLAC files iirc. Mind you, they probably wouldn't show up if that were the case...
