Other option different of spotify?

Any other option different of SPOTIFY ? I'm paying to just have my playlist in the cellphone and in my computer it is not present, INCREDIBLE, I need help I need to ask to the community just TO SEE IFFFF they could know. Paying for bad service!!!!

Let's see what might be the issue OK? Let me see if I understand your post correctly. You have a playlist your created that is showing in the Spotify mobile app on your phone, but is not showing in the Spotify desktop app correct?

 

By chance do you have more than one Spotify account? Signing into Spotify matters some what in how you created your Spotify account, either with just an email address or created one through a Facebook / Spotify based account.

 

This FAQ here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/solutions/problems-logging-in-to-spotify/ I doubt you are having password issues, so you can probable ignore the reset password part of that FAQ and head on down to this part of the FAQ: Other things that can affect login

 

Can you post back which kind of Spotify account you have, a facebook created Spotify account or a Spotify account using an email address? And we can begin to see what might be the issue with this playlist not showing up on your computer.

 

Also a quick log out and back in on the Spotify desktop app can fix some these small issues from time to time, have you tried this on your computer?

Answering your questions:

R: Correct

If I need to play it in my pc I need to open my mobile spotify and then select the audio I want to listen and use my mobile to perform those actions (super annoying and without sence.)

R: No, just one. (The one I use)

 

Also a quick log out and back in on the Spotify desktop app can fix some these small issues from time to time, have you tried this on your computer?

R: I have tried that, log out from both devieces, wait 5 minutes, than log in again.

I have set in offline mode, and other stuff I found in the web without any result.

 

I just can see on PLAYLISTS,

MyShazam tracks

and other list of ohter users.

(Playlists that I dont need neither use)
