PC hasn't updated my liked songs since April 2019

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the programme, got the app off the microsoft store, put it to offline mode (left it 10-15 mins) but still my liked songs will not update. The Home page will show me the recent playlists I have listened to on my phone but my liked songs haven't added any new songs since April 2019 despite me reguarly adding songs to it via my phone. Is there another way to get this updated?

First of all, any screenshots you can provide of your "Liked Songs" libary on both devices would be great.

In addition, please follow the steps provided on this Spotify answer to perform a clean reinstall of the app to "shake" things up a bit.
