My Question or Issue

 I have a suscription to a Familar Plan on Spotify which charges monthly to a credit card. This month, the payment was authorized on the card and the money has been charged, but Spotify says that the payment wasn´t succesful and I may lose my premium status. When I log in to Spotify to see my payments, the one from this month doesn´t appear.

Also I can´t add Family Members for some reason (we do share the same address and live in the same country). I can send invitations, but they can´t join. We even made new accounts.
