People I follow no longer visible in sidebar

Some months ago with my old laptop (wind 10) people no longer showed in the sidebar.

I've tried almost possible solutions:

- Re-installed Spotify app

- Ticked off/on social network in preferences

- I assumed laptop causing it, as it not very stable. I can see that all people I've followed, is still ticked on. So when ticking off and then on again, the people again showed in the sidebar, but if loging out, they're not there when loging in again.

- I've purchased a new laptop (Win 8), and problem still remains, so apprantely nothing to do with laptop, or operative system.

It's really annoying to have such problem for months without anyone solving. Is it only me having this problem????
