Personalized playlist covers do not appear on other users

Hello Spotify Community,

i have created covers for all my public playlists myself.  Nevertheless, I regularly get screenshots sent to me by friends and other artists where the personalized cover does not show up, but only the first four album covers.

Is there any way to fix this?

It's a good idea to restart your device and then log out and log back in again. Then you can try again updating the playlists covers with these steps. 

If the issue persists, you can create a new playlist and then try changing the cover. Does the issue occur?
